Our expert wedding planners will guide you through every step and provide everything to create the unforgettable day you’ve always dreamed of so you can focus on celebrating your special moment. Request Pricing 1. This Package includes An Outdoor or Indoor Wedding or Vow Renewal Ceremony including Chairs with Chair Covers. The Arch will be decorated in Bridal Decorations. 2. The Ballroom will be decorated in White table Linens including Chair covers, Color Can be added if desired. 3. The Sweetheart Table will be fully decorated with Candles and Fancy Décor including Flowers, Chair Covers with Color coordinating Bow Ties. 4. Cake and Gift Tables will be decorated to match. 5. This Package will include Food. There will be a choice of several Caterers all with different types of food and appetizers to be chosen from the provided list. 6. The Cake will be a special design from list provided. 7. There will be several DJ’s to choose from for your entertainment. 8. Photography and Videography will also be included. 9. Real Seasonal Flower Centerpieces will be provided along with candles on each table. 10. The Buffet will be decorated to match the room décor, and your choice of Silver or Gold Chargers. 11. The Bar will have one Bartender and High end Plasticware will be provided. The toast will be poured by our staff, after Cocktail Hour which can be held outside in our lovely back Lawn area where our Waterfall and lights will dazzle you. 12. Your Reception will start when you are introduced into the room and your dances, toast, Blessing and Dinner is served. The Bride and Groom will be served first according to your menu choices and then tables will be called for each guest table. 13. The Coordinator who will take care of all your needs throughout the night. 14. When the party begins and is in full swing the DJ will help you to have a great time. After about an hour The Cake Cutting, Bouquet Toss and Garter Toss will take place. 15. If there is a Sweet Table to be served it will take place right after the Cake Cutting. Cake will be served to your guest unless you designate to cut it and place on Sweet table. 16. The bar will be closed a half hour before end of event. 17. The exit will be at 10:30 PM as there is a curfew and noise ordinance to be upheld so if you want to do some sort of exit it will take place at 10:15 pm. 18. All the Food and liquor that is left over can be taken home but no half full or almost empty bottle may be removed.
