Our expert wedding planners will guide you through every step, creating the unforgettable day you’ve always dreamed of so you can focus on celebrating your special moment. Prices $7950.00 + Tax for 100 People $9350.00 + Tax for 140 PPL 1. The Bride and Bridal Party will have the use of our Lovely Bridal Suite and can come 2 hours prior to the Start of the Ceremony to dress in private. The Groom and Groomsmen must come dressed. The Coordinator will make sure all Men in the wedding party have straight ties, Pocket Squares are all the same and Lapel Flowers are Pinned on Correctly. 2. We offer a "First Touch" Photo you can hold hands, but not see each other, only say I love you through the door. This is handled by the Coordinator and Photographer before the ceremony begins. It is a Sweet Private Moment for the Bride and Groom. 3. We offer your choice of an Outdoor Ceremony AREA Under the trees, or an Indoor Ceremony will be set up in the ballroom and an Arch will be provided unless the Bride and Groom Choose to bring their own. with your choice of White or Black Chairs. Chair Covers are available for a Fee TBD. 4. All tables will be covered in Linens (White, Black) Other colors offered for a Fee. The Sweetheart Table, Cake Table, Gift Table, Appetizer Table, and Buffet Table will be decorated. 5. Tables will have electric candles, some greenery if desired and a Simple but Elegant Center Piece. 6. Chargers will be included in either Silver or Gold and High End Plasticware and Cloth Napkins. 7. We offer a Decorated Fake Cake in White that colored flowers can be added. 8. Bar Glasses and Ice will be provided by the us. 9. You will have a Day of Event Coordinator to make sure your rehearsal and Ceremony are perfect. Gratuity for Coordinator is $150.00. 10. 3 Servers, 1 Food Manager and 1 Bartender is required for this package and the Gratuity for each is $100.00. 11. Tables are set in a certain fashion and must NOT be moved unless done so by the Staff! 12. This package will not require any set up time by the client, the staff will do all the decorating and set up of your room and ceremony area. 13. Tour and Preparedness for this package will be set by the Coordinator at your convenience. 14. This Event can be booked Any day of the Week. 15. If you want to upgrade your dinnerware to China and Silverware, there is an upcharge of $1000.00 16. Wedding Rehearsal is included in this package. Client is responsible for all other items not listed above.
